Set in the unassuming seaside town of Eastbourne, UK, and filmed over the course of a year, Disabled Not Defeated: The Rock Band with Learning Disabilities – Delta 7 is the story of an eccentric post-punk band made up of adults with Down Syndrome, Autism and learning disabilities, and the events following the tragic news that one of their band members has taken his own life.
